St Valentine’s Day Fizz and Chips

Celebrate St Valentine’s Day with a unique and memorable dining experience on board a beautifully restored First-Class carriage, hauled by one of our heritage steam locomotives. This special lunch service combines Cotswold scenery, vintage charm, and delicious food, creating the perfect romantic outing.

Your Experience

Your journey begins at Toddington Station, where you will be welcomed onto the platform by our Train Manager at 13:15. They will guide you to your reserved table in our First-Class carriage Mary, ready for the 13:20 departure.

You will steam to Winchcombe, where a freshly prepared Fish and Chip lunch will be served on board. After dining, the train departs at 14:00 for a leisurely run to Broadway, before returning to Toddington for 15:15.

Please note: Due to essential maintenance south of Winchcombe, the line is open only between Broadway and Winchcombe for this event.

• Fare: £65 per person

• Limited availability – early booking is essential

• As this is a service train, departure times are fixed. We regret that refunds cannot be offered to late arrivals.

• If travelling as part of a group, please indicate at the time of booking if you wish to be seated together or adjacent

• Dress code: Smart dress is kindly requested

• Corkage: £15 per bottle if you wish to bring your own wine (speak to a steward on the day). We will have wine available to purchase from our menu.

• Minimum age: 18+
